McKinsey’s 7S Framework is useful for managing organizational change that enhances companies’ internal structure. However, this helps guide organizations in navigating change through seven essential elements: structure, strategy, system, shared values, skills, style, and staff. This model incorporates these elements by altering one element’s triggers to react to another element. Reports on the capabilities that are needed to perform tasks effectively indicate research gaps and skill gaps to address and provide training according to the program and increase overall efficiency.

Generally, the McKinsey’s 7S Framework application is challenging with the alignment of all the 7 key elements. However, it is a top-down approach that is used for strategic implementation.
Step1: Identify misalignments
Firstly, by assessing the consistency with seven elements, which include system structure and values (Malik, 2022). Accordingly, look for all the inconsistencies that relate to each other and identify the changes with better alignment of practices.
