Set in order after the process of sorting, the immediate step is to organize the items. This includes elements such as equipment, materials, and locations. This involves searching for items and organizing the requirements. The step shine allows the identification of damages and safety hazards. Moreover, shine supports maintaining the standards of hygiene and enhances improvement. Once the sorting is completed, the document standards are taken care of, and guidelines are included to enhance the process. Sustain reviews of the standards and maintainable practices are implemented for commitments and improvements in the workspace.
Kaizen
Generally, Kaizen represents continuous improvements where it focuses on incremental improvements over time (Kumar & Verma, 2024). Moreover, it encourages all the employees to contribute ideas and fosters the innovation process and collaborative effort. Consequently, this results in enhanced efficiency and better quality in the workspace.
Kanban
Kanban is a tool that is used to manage the workflow with the help of visual boards, where it involves all the procedures and the task completion at required timelines and deliver the work at the right time.
