Amazon is the largest e-commerce and provide cloud services to their client. It provides its numerous services and products online. It maintains a good relationship with the sellers, shipments, inventory, and purchasers. In this document a study was conducted on the Amazon organization. The main intention of this document is to solve the employee’s issues in amazon by implementing operational analytics. Operational analytics was used to make improvements in an organization by considering exiting business operations. The main aim of this report is to identify the key issues faced by the Amazon employees. After identifying the key issues, some alternative solutions were discussed in this report. This alternative solution will solve the issues of the employees in an organization and improve their revenue with effective production. This document also provided some suggestions that will help to improve the organization’s performance.

Amazon organization
Amazon organization is a US based multinational organization. It is a web service base and online retail organization. It will provide its services to various customer sets such as sellers, customers, content creators and enterprises. According to Zana & Sabir et.al, 2018, it will provide promotional service and marketing services to its customers(Zana & Sabir, 2018). It provides various products to their customers such as apparel, beauty products, electronic products, books, health products, jewelry, baby products, groceries, and other products.
It also provides support services to its customers through web services, home delivery services, cloud hosting services and shipping services. Presently 1,622,000 employees are working in the Amazon organization. It is a public trading company and the present CEO of the Amazon organization is Andy Jessy. In the year 2021 it has raised its revenue to $469.822 million and net income is US$33.364. In 2021 it raised its net income to 56.4%. The revenue has increased 21.7%.
Key competitors of the Amazon organization are Walmart, Microsoft corporation, Alphabet and Costco Wholesale corporation. To provide better service to their customers they have also provided a website. Through the retail website, customers will get clear information on their product, price, and selection(Hatem, 2021). It also sells and manufactures e-readers where they would offer customers a low price and free shipment. The Amazon organization is operated in two main segments, which are international and North America. The segment in North America mostly consists of consumer product retail sales and website subscription customers. The international segment mostly consists of subscription and consumer retail production in all locations.
1.1Main Facts
In this document a clear explanation was given on the issues which was faced by the Amazon employees in their workplace. Due to improper treatment of employees in Amazon organization it has decreased its sales. This is mainly because there is no proper communication between the management and employees in the Amazon organization(Yoonah & Dongho, 2018). To overcome these issues Amazon organization needs to enhance their employees and satisfy them by providing more benefits. Due to proper implementation of the strategy, organizations would be able to increase their revenue and satisfy their employees by providing more benefits. The key main facts that were identified in this document are mentioned below.

In this document some key issues are explained related to issues faced by employees in their workplace.
Insensitive Management
Employees are considered as a key resource for any organization size. Organization success is mostly dependent on the performance of an employee. To improve their performance organization, they need to coordinate well with their employees and motivate them in their work. This will help to enhance the work of an employee. In the Amazon organization, management is very insensitive with their employees, and they are not properly treated in their workplace. The main objective of a large organization is if the business is not following proper management, it not only creates more effect on the employees but also creates more effect on the manager as organization structure are interrelated to each other to reduce their risks(Ronit & Shani, 2020). To become an Amazon manager, they need to have more experience in their work.
They are not only considered as a candidate but also considered as a outside employees. Managers need to support employees to develop their growth but in the Amazon organization they need to implement psychological tools and self-reinforcement system. Organization will boost their employees with continuous algorithms and it will lead to psychological pressure, and they will not be able to produce effective work. Due to failure in work, customers will think they are not meeting the requirements of an organization. Amazon needs to train their management properly that will help to improve the employee’s performance in an organization.
Low benefits
Low benefit is another main issue faced by the employees in the Amazon organization. Amazon is a client-oriented organization, and they need to maintain proper standards to provide better service to their customer(Agostino & Domenico, 2021). To provide the best service to their customers, employees need to work on fixed shipments that need to be done to reach the expectations of their clients. In Amazon organization they will not be able to provide personal values to their employees and it will increase pressure in their workplace. Amazon companies will not provide least benefits to their employees, they will not provide expenses to their location and provide partial payment. It might lead to employee’s stress, and they will not be able to perform their work effectively. Finally, it creates low performance of an organization. To overcome these issues organizations need to provide extra benefits to their employees.
Unable to balance work and life
In Amazon organization employees are facing more issues on balancing their life and career growth in an organization. Most of the employees are continuously working without any limit and they are facing more issues on the work durations. Due to more duration of work, they are unable to concentrate on their work and facing stress related issues. Most of the employees are unable to take enough rest during their work period. It creates more dissatisfaction to their employees(Mariana & Leyland, 2021).
They have created a website called FACE (Former and current employees) website. Employees will post anonymous feedback on their organization culture. In Amazon organization they will use a power called managers to produce work from their employees and it leads to the worst organization environment. To overcome these issues most of the employees will post various messages on the current organization situation. This will help to overcome issues by taking certain measures on the organization’s environmental issues.

Analytics data for insensitive management
Main reason to decrease the performance of Amazon organization is insensitive management. Due to insensitive management, most employees are under pressure and are unable to oversee their work effectively(Kalpana, 2019). This is due to improved management. Furthermore, management will only concentrate on customer satisfaction, and they will not be able to concentrate on their employees. So, this has become an overly critical issue in the Amazon workplace.

The above line graph is mostly evaluated the clear information about employee’s dissatisfaction. In this graph three key organizations are considered to be Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Additionally, the two lines of Microsoft and Google organization are maintained in constant position and most of the employees in both these companies are fully satisfied with their work culture(Thulara & Malka, 2018). Whereas in the Amazon company, employees are not satisfied with the work culture of an organization. So, it would be clearly explained in the above graph as the line was slightly increasing its position each year.
Analytics data for low benefits
In Amazon most of the employees are not satisfied with the work condition in an organization. As most of the customers are unable to get more benefits from their wages(Bharti & Anubha, 2017). Due to low payment most of the employees are unable to produce better performance in their workplace. Finally, this will lead to a decrease in the sales of an organization.

The above dual axis graph is explaining about the employees’ wages in the Amazon organization. The data was collected from the year 2004 to 2017. In this graph, bar graph will represent total employees in an organization whereas line graph will represent the weekly wages of employees. In addition, as the employees are increasing year by year in an organization(Mariana & Leyland, 2021). More than that, the wages of the employees are gradually decreasing, and it will lead to low benefits for employees. So, due to the low benefits, employees are gradually decreasing at the end of the 2017 year.
Analytics data for those unable to balance work and life
For any employees balancing work and life will plays a crucial role. To balance the work and life they need to negotiate the time between the work and other factors. More than that, some of the other factors are personal care, leisure, and social relation(Obomanu & Akintokunbo, 2020). In the Amazon organization most of them are unable to balance their work and life due to poor time management in an organization. So, this will lead to various issues, and it will create indirect effect on the performance of an organization.

The above horizontal bar graph will give clear information about the key issues faced by employees due to improper balance between work and life. Due to improper balance, most of the employees will face more issues in the family relations(Balazs & Marton, 2021). This will be considered as a main issue in every individual and physical issue will be considered as a least problem faced by the individual due to improper balance. So, to maintain a proper balance in an organization, they need to implement a proper strategy. This will help to improve the organization’s performance.
1.4.Specific action
In this document, it clear explains about the employees’ issues faced in the Amazon organization. These issues mostly occur due to improper communication between the management and employees. Some of the main employees’ issues discussed in this document are insensitive management, low benefits and unable to balance work as well as life. Additionally, to overcome these issues, some solutions and strategies need to be followed by the Amazon organization. Furthermore, to overcome the concerns of insensitive management organization, we need to follow all the principles of the leadership(Catalin & Stefan, 2020). By following these leadership principles, they would easily overcome the concern of improper management.
To overcome the issue of low benefits of employees in an organization. Organization needs to evaluate the employee’s issues and need to provide more benefits to an organization. These benefits will provide encouragement to the employees to improve their growth in their work. Finally, to overcome the problem related to imbalanced life of the individual they need to develop a website and need to discuss their issues. Furthermore, by referring to these issues, organizations will get clarity on their issues and try to solve those issues by implementing proper strategies. So, in this way, this document will give a clear solution to the issues faced by the employees in an Amazon organization.

Most of the employees are feeling stress due to insensitive management of Amazon organization. Additionally, to reduce employee stress and to improve the productivity of an organization. Furthermore, organizations need to follow all the leadership principles(Aybike & Mustafa, 2018). By following all leadership principles, they would easily make corrective decisions and solve complex problems easily. By following these principles management will create a good connection between the employees and improves the productivity of an organization.

By following these leadership principles, they would easily be able to manage the employees effectively and increase the productivity of an organization(Balazs & Marton, 2021). By following these principles, employees will not be able to experience issues with the management of an organization. Lastly, this is the clear solution to overcome the insensitive management of an organization.

Most of the employees in the Amazon organization are facing some issues in their work culture. They are not able to get enough benefits while working in the Amazon organization. Furthermore, it might lead to various pressures and they are unable to focus on their work production(Werner & Nico, 2019). So, to overcome this issue Amazon needs to provide more benefits to an employee as employees are the key persons to increase organization productivity.

Amazon organization need to encourage employees by providing benefits and rewards. It will create more changes in the organization culture. Furthermore, by implementing these benefits to an employee, they would easily motivate and provide support for the organization’s success. Finally, By providing these benefits they would easily reduce stress in their employees and maintain a great bond among them.
Analytics data for balancing work and life
Employees are unable to balance their work and life, and this create one of the main concerns to the Amazon employees(Catalin & Stefan, 2020). Due to improper balance many issues will occur, such as family issues, health issues, self-care issues, physical issues, and mental issues. These issues will indirectly affect both individual and organizational performance. So, to overcome this issue, it is better to develop an application.
Amazon employees have already developed an application called FACE application. This application will create a connection between the employees and management. By reviewing these comments organizations would easily be able to make effective decisions to reduce the stress in their employees.

In this document, each action of the employee’s issues in the Amazon organization will be explained clearly.
Leadership principles
To follow the distinct style of the management in the Amazon organization they have decided to follow some methodologies. In addition, these methodologies will improve the organization’s growth in the competitive market. In this methodology they have decided to implement all leadership principles. Additionally, the main reason to follow the leadership principles is that they need to become a high competitor with other organization(Kareng, 2020). As amazon company is providing numerous services such as coordination, retail, wireless, apparel, devices, and cloud computing. During the peak stage most of the workers in an organization will suffer a lot as they need to manage millions of customer deliveries. Furthermore, to overcome the work burden issues in an organization they have decided to hire management who are having the 14 principles. By following 14 leadership principles, they would easily be able to make effective decisions and it would create an effective organizational culture.
Benefits
As Amazon is increasing its strength towards employees, they have decided to provide more benefits to the employees. In addition, to motivate them towards their work they have decided to improve the work environment and culture of Amazon organization. Additionally, by providing these benefits they would easily be able to collaborate with their employees and decreases their stress(Carly & Irena, 2020). Furthermore, for full-time employees, the Amazon organization has decided to provide some benefits that are related to their family and children’s. More than, Benefits will vary based on location, employment length, regular hours, and job status. So, to reduce the stress in their employees they have decided to introduce family health insurance. For competitive wages they have decided to provide financial support to the employees. They have also provided benefits like employee assessment, health, and elder care assistance. Finally, these benefits will indirectly improve the organization’s growth.
Balancing work and life
To balance the life and work of an employees, Amazon has decided to introduce some policies. In addition, these policies are mostly introduced for part-time employees. Additionally, by implementing these policies, they would easily enable to reduce the working hours of an employee. Furthermore, they would easily be able to focus on their family(Olivier & Laurence, 2021). More than that, employees would work for few hours after gaining request from the management of the Amazon organization. For the organization to succeed, motivation will play a key role. To motivate their employees, they need to recognize some personal issues of an employees and need to support those employees by providing flexible timings. They have also provided an application called “Svasthya.” Through this application they would be able to cover their employee’s checkup, diet, nutrients, and counselling. Lastly, this will be helpful to the employees and improve the organization’s growth.
1.7.Recommendation
Alternative solution has provided various solution to the employee’s issues faced in the Amazon organization. Some of the alternative solutions that were discussed in this document are following leadership principles, providing benefits and handling work and life balance(Bharti & Anubha, 2017). When compared to all these alternative courses of action, it is better to select a leadership principles solution. The main reason to select the leadership principle is by following leadership principle they would easily be able to manage their employees by making the right decision during their work progression.
Management will function as a key role for the development of the business. Management of the organization needs to maintain a good relationship with their employees(Hatem, 2021). In addition, to maintain a good relationship with their employees they need to follow all the principles of leadership. By following these principles, they will gain some knowledge on how to manage the organization environment.
Another main reason to select the solution of leadership principles is as Amazon organization is an enthusiastic culture where employees of an organization will continuously face challenges in their workplace. Additionally, employees of an organization will compete with other employees to show their organization success(Olivier & Laurence, 2021). To manage this competitive environmental organization, you need to select the right management who are following all 14 principles of leadership. Management who are following leadership principles would easily solve the employee’s issues and produce effective growth in their organization.

Amazon organization is an online enterprise and sells various products all over the world. Some of the products that were provided to their customers are housewares, toys, books, glossaries, and other items. Amazon production will be more during seasonal time, and it will create more issues for the employees. As employees are unable to oversee their work due to stress. In addition, this will create more effect on the production. Additionally, to defeat this issue, it is better to have a good connection between the management and employees. Furthermore, to have a good connection management you need to follow all the principles of leadership. By following this principle, they would easily recognize the issue that was faced by the employees and try to implement effective benefits to their employees. Finally, this will function as a motivation to their employees and they would easily compete in the competitive market.
