Amazon organization
Amazon organization is a US based multinational organization. It is a web service base and online retail organization. Will provide its services to various customer sets such as sellers, customers, content creators and enterprises. It will provide promotional service and marketing services to its customers(Zana & Sabir, 2018). Provides various products to their customers such as apparel, beauty products, electronic products, books, health products, jewelry, baby products, groceries, and other products. It also provides support services to its customers through web services, home delivery services, cloud hosting services and shipping services. Presently 1,622,000 employees are working in the Amazon organization. It is a public trading company and present CEO of the Amazon organization is Andy Jassy. In the year 2021 it has raised its revenue to $469.822 million and net income is US$33.364. In 2021 it raised its net income to 56.4%. The revenue has increased 21.7%.
Key competitors of the Amazon organization are Walmart, Microsoft corporation, Alphabet and Costco Wholesale corporation. To provide better service to their customers they have also provided a website. Through retail website customer will get clear information on their product, price, and selection(Hatem, 2021). It also sells and manufactures e-readers where they would offer customers a low price and free shipment. Amazon organization is operated in two main segments those are international and North America. In the segment of the North America, it mostly consists of consumer product retail sales and website subscription customers. The international segment mostly consists of subscription and consumer retail production in all locations.

In this document a clear explanation was given on the issues which was faced by the Amazon employees in their workplace. Due to improper treatment of employees in Amazon organization it has decreased its sales. This is mainly because there is no proper communication between the management and employees in the Amazon organization(Yoonah & Dongho, 2018). To overcome these issues Amazon organization needs to enhance their employees and satisfy them by providing more benefits. Due to proper implementation of the strategy, organizations would be able to increase their revenue and satisfy their employees by providing more benefits. The key main facts that were identified in this document are mentioned below.

In this document some key issues are explained related to issues faced by employees in their workplace.
Insensitive Management
Employees are considered as a key resource for any organization size. Organization success is mostly dependent on the performance of an employee. In addition, to improve their performance organization, they need to coordinate well with their employees and motivate them in their work. Additionally, this will help to enhance the work of an employee. Furthermore, in Amazon organization, management is very insensitive with their employees, and they are not properly treated in their workplace. Main objective of a large organization is that if the business is not following proper management, it not only creates more effect on the employees but also creates more effect on the manager as organization structure are interrelated to each other to reduce their risks(Ronit & Shani, 2020).
To become an Amazon manager, they need to have more experience in their work. They are not only considered as a candidate but also considered as outside employees. Managers need to support employees to develop their growth but in the Amazon organization they need to implement psychological tools and self-reinforcement system. Additionally, organizations will boost their employees with continues algorithm and it will lead to psychological pressure, and they will not be able to produce effective work. Due to failure in work, customers will think they are not meeting the requirements of an organization. So, amazon needs to train their management properly that will help to improve the employee’s performance in an organization.
Low benefits
Low benefit is another main issue faced by the employees in the Amazon organization. Amazon is a client-oriented organization, and they need to maintain proper standards to provide better service to their customer(Agostino & Domenico, 2021). To provide best service to their customers, employees need to work fixed shipment need to be done to reach the expectations of their clients. In addition, in Amazon organization they will not be able to provide personal values to their employees and it will increase pressure in their workplace. Additionally, amazon companies will not provide least benefits to their employees, they will not provide expenses to their location and provide partial payment. Furthermore, it might lead to employee’s stress, and they will not be able to perform their work effectively. Finally, it creates low performance of an organization. So, to overcome these issues organizations need to provide extra benefits to their employees.
Unable to balance work and life
In Amazon organization employees are facing more issues on balancing their life and career growth in an organization. In addition, most of the employees are continuously working without any limit and they are facing more issues on the work durations. Due to more duration of work, they are unable to concentrate on their work and facing stress related issues. Most of the employees are unable to take enough rest during their work period. So, it creates more dissatisfaction to their employees(Mariana & Leyland, 2021).
They have created a website called FACE (Former and current employees) website. Employees will post anonymous feedback on their organization culture. Additionally, in Amazon organization they will use a power called managers to produce work from their employees and it leads to worst organization environment. Furthermore, to overcome these issues most of the employees will post various messages on the current organization situation. So, this will help to overcome issues by taking certain measures on the organization’s environmental issues.

Analytics data for insensitive Management
Main reason to decrease the performance of Amazon organization is insensitive management. Due to insensitive management, most employees are under pressure and unable to oversee their work effectively(Kalpana, 2019). This is due to improved management. Furthermore, management will only concentrate on customer satisfaction, and they are not able to concentrate on their employees. So, this has become an overly critical issue in the Amazon workplace.

The above line graph is mostly evaluated the clear information about employee’s dissatisfaction. In this graph three key organizations are considered to be Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Additionally, the two lines of Microsoft and Google organization are maintained in constant position and most of the employees in both these companies are fully satisfied with their work culture(Thulara & Malka, 2018). Whereas in the Amazon company, employees are not satisfied with the work culture of an organization. Finally, it would be clearly explained in the above graph as the line was slightly increasing its position each year.
Analytics Data for Low Benefits
In Amazon most of the employees are not satisfied with the work condition in an organization. In addition, as most of the customers are unable to get more benefits from their wages(Bharti & Anubha, 2017). Due to low payment most of the employees are unable to produce better performance in their workplace. So, this will lead to decrease in the sales of an organization.

The above dual axis graph is explaining about the employees’ wages in the Amazon organization. We collected data from the year 2004 to 2017. In this graph, bar graph will represent total employees in an organization whereas line graph will represent the weekly wages of employees. In addition, as the employees are increasing year by year in an organization(Mariana & Leyland, 2021). Furthermore, the wages of the employees are gradually decreasing, and it will lead to low benefits for employees. So, due to the low benefits, employees are gradually decreasing at the end of the 2017 year.
Analytics data Forunable to Balance Work and Life
For any employees balancing work and life will plays a crucial role. To balance the work and life they need to negotiate the time between the work and other factors. Furthermore, some of the other factors are personal care, leisure, and social relation(Obomanu & Akintokunbo, 2020). In Amazon organization most of them are unable to balance their work and life due to poor time management in an organization. So, this will lead to various issues, and it will create indirect effect on the performance of an organization.

The above horizontal bar graph will give clear information about the key issues faced by employees due to improper balance between work and life. Due to improper balance, most of the employees will face more issues in the family relations(Balazs & Marton, 2021). Additionally, individuals will consider improper balance as a least problem and consider the main issue to be their physical health. Furthermore, to maintain a proper balance in an organization, they need to implement a proper strategy. Lastly, this will help to improve the organization’s performance.
